Great experience at dinner tonight – very tasty Mexican food in a low key environment.

Do yourself a favor and go get you a frozen guava or watermelon margarita. Ask for the tajin rim. Trust me. Ready for blissfully fresh flavor to reawaken your will to live? Some might call it alcoholism but I call it a wonderful night. Ceviche was full of fresh lime and my partner enjoyed his mole mole mole mole! El Zarape, we will be back.

Not bad local Mexican spot with all your favorites. I ordered their steak chimichanga and it was good nothing special. My friend got a burrito and he mentioned it not having as much flavor as he hoped. Ask for the hot salsa, that was good with a Smokey flavor.

This place will never disappoint me. One of my top local Mexican restaurants of all time. I’ve been coming to this location for years now and it always feels the same. I enjoyed every single meal I have had here. I’m almost done with the menu but not quite yet!

Salty My lasting takeaway is the food had a heavy handed salt taste. Each of the three items I tasted all had the same over salty taste.

Honestly the lack of Hispanics and the live country singer should’ve been the warning for me to just turn around and leave. This is probably the worst, sorriest excuse for Mexican food I’ve ever had in my life. Everything was bland, the chicken in my tamales was dry, churros hard, tacos nasty and lacking of flavor. My friend ordered something with rice chicken, vegetables, cheese and ham and they literally have her the frozen carrot and broccoli mix as her vegetable. Definitely not worth the money and definitely will not be back ever. If you like authentic Mexican food, this place is not for you. Being from California I’m used to the Mexican food being nasty out south but man this was next level nasty. This is yt people Mexican food, straight up. Catering to American tastebuds and it’s horrendous. If you don’t see Mexicans saying it’s good, it’s not good. It’s most likely lacking in flavor and spice.

The BEST damn beef soft tacos in the world! My favorite Mexican Restaurant i’ve been coming here for 20 years and will always stop by if in the area. Amazing tacos, with excellent seasoned beef combined with an excellent cheese blend and shredded lettuce. The salsa and cheese dip are always very complimentary.
