Quite a few taco joints to choose from when you’re considering taco joints in Ontario, OR. Whether you’re wandering the Oregon Trail or simply driving over from Idaho to get some weed, Taqueria Munoz is a fine choice for some healthful and filling tacos. The proprietor explained to me he doesn’t carry lengua or cabeza because the locals don’t really get down on the real taco meats. He does carry the standards and boy does he cook them well. I’m sad I hadn’t tried Taqueria Munoz before in all my comings and goings along the Oregon Trail, but I tell you what, I’ll be stopping in again.

This is a gem. Delicious shrimp tacos, fresh ingredients, lovely couple who deserve every success so stop by. You will be glad you did. It is a true drive up and eat food truck right off the main Rd so easy access if if you have your camper or rig on behind 🙂

Really good taco truck you can get to quickly from the freeway and then get right back on. Good prices, cash or card. Food was all good. Tortillas all done well, both red and green salsa are good, little heat but not too much, topped with onions, cilantro and red cabbage. The Adobada was very good, carnitas as well. That’s important to me. Out of chorizo so I got a couple asada. The asada tacos were average, it’s a good taco, it just doesn’t grab me the same as pork.

Got the asada burrito…$9.25. Hope you like bland rice because that is the bulk of the filling. BARELY ANY MEAT!…very disappointed given the price.

Super fresh Mexican style (smallish, open faced, fresh corn tortillas, lots of cilantro onion tomato) tacos. Chicken was marinated. Amazing tortas. Very clean. Owner is friendly and will help you practice your Spanish!!! This is the place to go.
