This place is really good. They have really good frozen custard. In really good burgers. The French fries are awesome, they are little shoestring fries. They are not too crispy or too soggy. They’re perfect. They have both spicy and normal. Which are both super good. I recommend getting 1000 island for the Burger that’s kind of their secret sauce. Their frozen custard is also really, really good.

First time visiting and eating at a Freddy’s location and it did not disappoint! The patty melt was hot and fresh; not excessively greasy like some other restaurants. The fries were crispy and the chocolate shake was also good. This restaurant has a unique atmosphere and somewhat of an old diner throw-back vibe inside. The customer service was some of the best I have seen in a fast-food restaurant in quite some time. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming to customers! The story behind the business and restaurant’s owner (a World War II veteran) is noteworthy! Will be eating here again in the future!

My husband & I were in town & decided to give this place a try! It was pretty busy in there but the employees were friendly & working hard to get the orders in & ready to go out to all their customers! We only waited maybe 10-15 before our order was ready which was totally fine! The food was hot & tasted great! Overall it was great experience & would definitely come back again! Definitely will need to try the custard next time!

Checked out Freddy’s drive through today and I’m not disappointed. I asked if they offer gf buns or a lettuce wrap and I was told they could do the lettuce wrap. I ordered the #1 meal with a root beer. I was given fry sauce to try as well in the bag. The fries are thin but a good solid fry. The fry sauce is a standard fry sauce but, there aren’t a ton of places that offer a fry sauce so props to them for that. The lettuce wrap burger was delicious but oh so messy! However, the gal at the drive through thought of that too as she mentioned she put a fork in my bag as well. Pleased with my first experience with Freddy’s food.

Freddie’s fry sauce is awesome!! I used the drive thru this day. I didn’t ask for it but the girl put the fry sauce in my bag. I’m so glad she did!!! I got my husband and we returned a couple days later for more!! Same girl too. She has excellent customer service!! I didn’t get her name but she’s a blonde with some awesome tattoos. This time we went in to eat. I got a strawberry banana concrete and a #1 AWESOME!! My husband got the steak burger meal and a chocolate shake. Again, AWESOME!!!

Staff were okay, no one really seemed to care about their job. I get it, I work at McDonald’s it’s not fun but you gotta be encouraging and have a smile on your face for customers. We said thank you and they slammed the window on our face. Uhhhh rude much? As a development manager. Please fix your team. Other than that, the food was awesome!

As a manager from a Freddy’s location in a different state, I really enjoyed going here! I got cheese curds (my favorite) and it was really interesting to see how different Freddy’s franchises are run! Service was great – everyone was very polite – and the food was excellent!
