They were out of everything, no rice, no salmon, no tartar sauce, no potato wedges at lunch time. Will not be returning, unhappy with the food and service, they also didn’t give us our drink that we got with the meal.

I usually stop by this KFC/Long John Silver’s location in Beavercreek, Ohio for a bucket of their fried chicken for dinner at home. It’s hit or miss with their fried chicken….sometimes it’s great and other times it’s not that good. Their fish at Long John Silver’s is generally pretty good and so is their chicken planks. I cannot rate their place inside since I only use their drive-thru service and eat my food at home, but their drive-thru service needs serious overhauling because everytime I get my food from this place, the wait is sometimes in excess of 20 minutes. Staff is just “OK” for the most part, some staff are very polite, others are just “there for the minimum wage dollars. 3 stars.

We dined in big mistake we should have went through the drive-thru it took them 27 minutes to get our food there were four other parties that waited even longer than us I’m not sure how door- always gets to come first. What happened to taking care of your customers in the lobby? There was water all over the floor in the restroom the tables were not wiped down. The workers seem to be working very hard the food tasted great as usual if you have the time to waste to sit in there and wait on it.
