Food is always excellent. Service is sometimes slow. Wish they could figure out how to get food out more quickly so I had time to eat there for lunch or a quick dinner. Always over an hour to sit down and eat, so I don’t go as much as I would like.

We LOVE Cluckers! Food is phenominal, and you can’t beat the service. We always feel like family. They always have great music playing, and we usually end up laughing and telling stories with whoever is working that day. We go here almost every time we eat out now.

After multiple visits I can confidently say the food is delicious! However they seem to be lacking the servers to keep up with the demand of their customers. Each visit we have had to wait for refills napkins and straws. We have also been told twice the kitchen has put a hold on orders to “Catch Up” every visit for us has been at least a hour and a half for fountain drinks and wings. Perhaps they will get it together soon. Hate to see this place fail.

Would have liked to have left a good review however, was my first time there, sign said seat yourself. I sat myself waited approx 10 minutes, no hello, no nothing. Proceeded to get up and leave. Needless to say if that’s how you run your business, you won’t be getting mine in the future.

I’ve been told this place has good chicken but I wouldn’t know because three times I’ve been there around 9 pm and all there times I’ve been told, rather rudely, that the kitchen was closed. If you are not serving food, why stay open until 10?
