We have had Big River BBQ on many occasions. We just had their turkey and pasta as we hosted 30 for Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it! We received so many compliments. Portions are generous. Prices are good. Quality and staff are amazing!

Huge portions but overall the most bland bbq I’ve ever had. Pit master where did you hide all the flavor? Also brisket is supposed to be soft, moist, fall apart. Not chewy like a steak.

BRB catered my daughter’s birthday party. Nothing is cooler than having a revamped ambulance pulling a smoker rolling into your driveway to make your guests “ohh and ahhh” and drool. 40 people total and 1/4 of those were Texans (family up visiting) and everyone was blown away by the BBQ but also the delicious sides.

16$ for 2 pcs of ribs is their version of a full slab not much smoke flavor the rub is very ovwr powering. The brisket 3 tiny pieces an a little slice of cheese on a tiny hogie bun for 7.50 $ was not impressed for the lack of food an high price
