Pathetic amount of toppings, especially for a specialty pizza! Can see the crust thru the cheese! Never seen anything like this. Very disappointed after a $35 order. This place used to be awesome. The regular crust cheese had a good amount of toppings. Not the other.

Ordered a supreme pizza and alpine sticks from Door Dash. When it arrived, the Marinara cups were both upside down and leaking. When I turned them over, the lids were swollen like they were spoiled. Tasted the marinara, definitely spoiled. Contacted door dash, got a refund. Not trusting Door Dash, I contacted the restaurant to let them know. Alpine sticks went in the trash since the marinara had leaked onto them. Grabbed a couple slices of pizza. Started eating and it was just not good. Undercooked and weird flavor. 6 hours later… guess who has food poisoning? Yep… this chick right here. Pizza went in the trash as well. Still no resolution from Door Dash, and I haven’t even bothered with the restaurant. Hopefully this google review will put some wheels in motion so nobody else gets sick from this place.

Today is 6-14-23 3:39pm. I just went in to order a calzone and there’s nobody in there at all. The girl working with long brown hair is sitting down in a seat behind the counter and has headphones in on her phone. Her eyes are barely open as if she almost asleep. Doesn’t one time in probably the 3 minutes I stand there awkwardly even respond or look at me and the other person working I never saw. I shook my head and walked out and then heard them laughing. It’s bad enough that your pizza has become inedible but the calzone is still decent. However long ways from when I worked in 1999 at Jenks store. I’ll never be back and I understand why your business is empty there. ***Mind you I said hello three times****

Highly disappointed in today’s visit. We went to have the lunch buffet. There was only a couple mostly gone pizzas when we arrived at 11:45am. We requested a pizza and a calzone be made. We waited 20 minutes for the food to be made. I also witnessed the employee eating the pepperoni while preparing the pizza for the oven. Also they had a child in the back. Very unprofessional all around. I would also like the add that other than one old man, we were the only 4 people on the restaurant so it’s not like they were busy.

Was not going to post this 3rd times a charm review but as I was leaving some little boy came outside to scream “do not come back” which Is why I am posting my review, not only has it taken 10 to 20 minutes longer than stated the 3x’s I’ve ordered here since moving to Bixby 14 months ago, it’s always wrong, called tonight and was told, I am so sorry we are putting you a new one in the oven right now, doesn’t look new or have a buttery golden top and parmesan on top like the calzones you get from every other simple Simon’s that also have at least 1 adult on site to keep the children from running their business in to the ground. I will not go back. I also was not offered the refund that I was repeatedly told on the phone I would receive, I didn’t want the money back, I wanted what I ordered. I will drive to Glenpool where they know what customer service is and know how to make a calzone correctly!

I personally did not enjoy the taste of this pizza. I ordered the veggie, plenty of toppings but I think the mushrooms were over aged and the black olives were kind of flat tasting. Simple crust, sauce and cheese were fine.
