I’m adding 3 stars because when the order is correct the food taste great, but I have lost count of the number of times they have gotten my order incorrect. Especially with breakfast crunchwraps that are suppose to have NO bacon and always end up having bacon in it. Today in the drive thru I even asked if they could please double check no bacon but it still ended up being wrong. Waste of my money. I’m going to stop getting breakfast here.

This location is always super busy but the customer service is always good. The wait doesn’t seem long , the restaurant is really clean and my order is always made correctly. They were fully stocked of baja blast this night which is my Taco bell go to drink . This place is still one of the best fast food places in Richlands besides Bojangles. They had the wings last time but I did not try them, I am going to have to make that my mission next time as I will be back. The crunch wrap was on point for sure.

Three trips in three months (I tend to go after I drop my kids off at school about once a month or so) and today was the third time they have forgotten something in my order. It wasn’t even that busy today which is why I can’t chalk this up to that and it has to be the employees. Ordered three items and sauce, received two items and no sauce. The food was great as usual, but that is more Taco Bell corporation and not the location whereas correct orders and customer service was lacking.

Food was wrong. Paid extra for chicken and didn’t get it. Tomatoes on stuff we asked for them off of. Went back through the drive thru since our order was wrong and the staff was extremely rude. Apparently when it takes 5 mins to order for 6 people that’s too long. They also completely missed a couple items and in order for us to get those they wanted us to go back around yet again. 3 times through the drive thru? Ridiculous. Great impression for us visiting from out of town. Won’t go back to that location when we come back to visit again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I get a fair number of Doordash orders for this location. I’ve never had any issues with them. They can get slowed down somewhat when it’s busy, but I think the longest I’ve ever had to wait is 10-15 minutes.

It’s typical Taco Bell. As long as they get the order correct, it tastes the same. This Taco Bell is usually pretty decent. I always order through the app and it seems to result in less mistakes since there is no interpretation taking place on an order. They are usually pretty quick meaning you don’t have to go park for them to bring you your food like McDonald’s does.
