I attempted multiple times to call and place an order since it was pouring rain outside. I went in to order and waited an hour for 2 items (bacon egg and cheese with hash browns and a patty melt). It was NOT busy. They left off the pickles after I was charged $1 and my ham from my hash browns was left off after I was charged extra for that too. The food was good though. The atmosphere there was not good for children. My kids watched the cook prepare the food and they loved it! Sadly there was several times when they came to me and told me about the curse words they heard. There once was a time where the huddle house in Louisville was always busy!!

The experience at this location was great however. 1 of ther sever was just out sting. She was so friendly with each guest also, I had a soft and hot waffle wit delicious strawberry on it. I will tell my friends and family how great the service was and it was a clean environment.

As the husband of the person who was just brought into this store I see that the people who work in this store have a problem with authority, productivity and leaving whatever they got going on at home at home they bring their personal life into work and it affects their ability to work which leaves my wife tired most evenings from being overworked. As well some of the demeanors of the ladies that work here are very smug rude uncalled for unprofessional. With the exception of two people one being a young person and the other one being an elderly lady the entire staff should be taught manners should be taught business ethic and just outright talk what’s right and wrong.

We had a group of 7. Took too long for the food to arrive, everything was changed because they were out of biscuits or fruit or apple juice etc. Food came out all at different times, eggs and sausage coming out 10 minutes after the waffles and pancakes that they were supposed to go with. Most of the food was warm not hot, and looked like the frozen boxed food from Walmart. There was something in one of the drinks. Definitely won’t be back next time we’re in town.

Not a single thing was edible. It took so long to get here that we considered just leaving several times. They took our order 3 times because each time they forgot (and I don’t know how because they wrote it down twice). They were also out of everything. I don’t imagine that that most patrons are here for FOOD food, but this was ridiculous. The young waitress was nice.
