I have been to this place 3 times. I knew I shouldn’t have come back a third but did anyway as I was in the area. The food is okay, I got cold fries. They are not pleasant. Also, they only accept coupons if their store name is on them. I have been to other Culver’s, which allow you to use coupons if they are in their system. I guess there is a reason why their parking lot and drive through are never full. I won’t be back to this one.

They forgot cheese curds but when I drove bad they provided me a free meal card for my next return which I truly appreciate. Definitely makes up for the lost time. Recommend this location for standing in good honor with their customers

The staff is plenty friendly, the eating area is always clean, the food is super tasty as well as hot when its supposed to be hot, and cold when it is supposed to be cold. There are plenty of different burger options, as well as a myriad of different frozen custard flavors both made fresh, and prepackaged. I would definitely come back here multiple times.

Love this place! Great burgers! Not in a mood for a burger? Have pot roast or many others to choose from. It gets better: There’s dessert! Love the mix-ins; there’s Carmel, hot Carmel, fudge, strawberry, marshmallow, whipped cream and so many more. There’s even nuts! I never miss getting one and I’m more of a salty person not a sweets girl. Maybe they should add pretzels?

Culver’s is great fast food. They forgot my fires that came in combo. And they didn’t have pint of ice cream I wanted. I find that to be a problem with them I never can get the pint of ice cream I want when go they are always out of it. Though thy are not ice cream shop. But still it happens more often than not.

I was there last sunday and I got very sick…ordered the cheeseburger, fry, and small custard…not sure what got me sick but never felt that way before…felt it two hours after I ate…and felt better 2 hours after..so I know its from digesting there food!

Was in drive thru at 9:40pm on the dot (closed at 10pm) and they wouldn’t allow me to order any custard or mixer because they said they were out of all the custards (I specifically asked vanilla? Chocolate? Flavor of the day?) but he said we could order a malt, shake, or cooler

Makayla were to occupied talking to an employee that came in but was not working today. First she forgot our mixers and then they were in such a rush to hang out that they were not made correctly. I didn’t know a vanilla mixer with extra strawberries was only vanilla, or a chocolate mixer with carmel and peanut butter was only chocolate. I suggest employees that are working should pay attention to paying customers. You can see it on your security cameras.
