Saw the person who took my order working very hard and efficiently. Greeted me while I waited, took my order, very polite. Efficiently cleaned and tidied while doing a lot of things at once. I had to look at the receipt to get her name, Kyla deserves a raise folks. Hope this finds the right person.

One of the best fast food places on the planet and this new one in Sparta is no exception. The Beef ‘n Cheddar was fantastic, as was the French Dip. The curly fries still reign supreme, especially dipped in the cheddar from the sandwich.

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered regular roast beef 4 for 10 dollars and went thru the drive thru to get it. They are so slow its ridiculous but what really made me mad was all 4 sandwiches were ice cold. They had either been sitting out all day or they just came straight out of the refrigerator and into my bag. The buns are cold and hard. I threw them out the car window I am so mad. Then I get home and go to call the Arby’s in Sparta and there is no number listed. The 800 # hangs up on you so this is the only way to voice my Opinion. I am half tempted to call the health inspector and let them know. Sparta, TN Arby’s does not give you fresh food. Nothing I’ve ever gotten had been made when I ordered it. If they had adults over the age of 18 working there it would probably be better but the 14, 15, and 16 year old kids don’t care about the job, the customers or the owners reputation. Shame on the owner of this Arby’s for hiring kids to run your store. I will never eat there again and I saved one sandwich so if I get sick and die from food poison I can have it tested and I will be contacting an attorney if that happens. DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK!

Always love their food especially their Greek gyros . If you’re in downtown Sparta you gotta go give it a try and get one of their salted caramel chocolate chip cookies while you’re at it too! But we’ll save the best for last ! They have the best Strawberry Lemonade that you absolutely can not miss, you gotta try it ♥️
