Amazing, this has got to be the best shrimp fried rice i have ever had, it’s was absolutely perfect a little pricey, but worth it, and the chicken yakisoba was amazing as well. Will definitely be going back .

My son attended Morehead State University for the Governor’s Scholars Program and on our first visit to Morehead we stopped at this little place. We almost didn’t go in as the outside is in dire need of renovation, but we are so glad we did. The quality of the food is outstanding with all of the food clearly being freshly made. While proportions are not the bloated sizes you often see in Japanese restaurants appealing to the American belly, it is more than enough food to fill the average person.

This place is so good! Everything I ate was a 9/10 or above. No bad things are made here! The only bad thing would be… nothing! I cant even think of anything negative to say. The staff is very nice and quick. The food is very delicious and if you go here I recommend the gyoza on appetizers!!

My car was the only one in the parking lot when I pulled in at about 4:30pm but ibfigured i was just there in between lunch and dinner rush. No one greeted us at the door, and a young kid finally came from the back of a glass wall wearing a winter coat and seated us. He was the waiter and took our order. I am sure this was the owners kid and didn’t mind him taking care of us but he did miss a few things like clearing our table of empty plates as we ate that I feel like he needed some training on. The food was really good. I had some sushi, good quality. The person I went with had the teriyaki salmon and said it was a little overcooked. The atmosphere was nice, and people finally started pouring into the place about 45 minutes after we got there.

Place looks like a deserted building from the street. The interior is clean at least. Orders the Hibachi Chicken Dinner and was thoroughly let down by the meal. A few small chuncks of chicken smothered in mushrooms onions and zucchini is all you get for $14 the fried rice was just bland rice with no flavor in it. Compared to most other Japanese/Asian restaurants of the type it finds itself wanting. Add in servers that get on the phone a start shouting at the person on the other end while igolniring the only guests in the restaurant make it a very uncomfortable place to eat. Basically just save money and eat somewhere else as you will likely need to after eating here.

The restaurant was very nice and the atmosphere was lovely. I had a hibachi dish which was a little disappointing for the price – it was mostly onions and mushrooms. It was tasty though. The Spring rolls were really delicious!
