TL;DR: overpriced when you consider the ingredients used. Flavor is all there but ingredient quality is lacking.

I enjoyed my visit here. Found it by coincidence close to my stay. Ordered the salad roll with shrimp and pho with soft tendon. Rich broth and original taste.

Veggie Pho is good for the price. Add a bit of Sriracha and Hoisin sauce, a squeeze of lime, a few slices of jalapeños, and the broth will develop good flavor. The place is busy 6-8p, service can be a bit slow. They have a great vietnamese baguette they use with the bunh mi sandwich, I had the chicken version it was Ok as I expected better quality meat.

Not a fan of $20 (after taxes) for pho/vermcilli bowls .

The weirdest chicken pho I ever ate and I’ve eaten more pho than any kind of food in my life! Carrot, broccoli and hyacinth bean seriously? Please rename it to chicken soup!

Stopped by Redmond and tried here. The prices have increased significantly, especially the rice dishes, more expensive than Pho Tai & Pho ever in Bellevue. The meat in the noodle soup was tough and the portion was small. The seafood pho had about 3 shrimps, 6 squids and 4 fish balls, the favor was very light. 2023 Jan.

Many selections here, especially Vegetarian dishes. I had the brisket pho, and it was decent. The broth was quite yummy (as the store name suggests ) but the meat was quite tough and chewy. The pricing was also on the more expensive side, but I’d likely come back as I enjoyed eating here! (I’d say this is a higher-end three star, but not quite a four star)

Everyone’s got their #1 pho and bahn mi spot. This is mine. Try the lemongrass pork and garlic chicken wings—they’re superior.

Have eaten here everyday this week thus far and plan to go tomorrow as well. Good quality, good value, and crazy fast service. Shrimp Pho was spot on, and Chicken Pho was loaded with lots of white chicken meat. Can’t wait to try the beef tomorrow.
