It is my first time there. They have special items which are “canh bún” and “bún mắm”, and they are delicious. My dad orders vermicelli with grilled pork and egg rolls and the fish sauce was kinda bland for Vietnamese taste , otherwise the food is still good. Servers are very busy but they still provide good customer service. The owner came to check on us and she is very nice as well.

They had a great vibrant music genre I hadn’t heard before. Sounded like Vietnamese rappers, or pop artist. Good tune. The beef fried rice tasted great and was really filling. I kinda ate it really fast, and didn’t have room for huge spring rolls I ordered. I only got down one whole one.

We called to order carryout and before we could give him our order he said our order would be ready in 15 minutes. We had not even said what we wanted. When we tried to explain we didn’t give an order yet, he rudely said he “doesn’t take orders” and hung up the phone. Will not attempt to order from here again.

They closed at 9:00 pm. We walked in at 8:30. They seat us, And we’re all comfortable. They came to tell us that we can’t sit in because they close at 9:00. But we can order takeout apparently. So we just left. We didn’t want to order takeout we wanted to eat in. I don’t know what type of restaurant does that, but if they do not allow people to sit in at 8:30, they should have stated that they closed at 8:30 p.m. not at 9:00 p.m. also, why did they bother seating us in the first place? Meanwhile, the kitchen was still open until 9:00! I absolutely do not recommend this place, the service itself is not worth it.

There were ants all over the floor on spilled food and the tables had not been cleared. The server made a mistake on our order. Condiments bottles looked unclean as did bathroom

Service was REALLY slow. I asked to refill my water four times. The pho was really good. The fresh rolls are ok but I would say most places have better fresh rolls. The fried rice was pretty plain. It tasted like they cooked steamed rice with frozen peas and carrots then dumped a bunch of butter on it.

It has been a long time since we have eaten here. The servers were nice and we usually get decent service. We have always liked the food. They are usually busy because the food is very good. This time, they only focused on the important looking men who received their food right away as we were still waiting for our food. We sat there for about 30 minutes. And the server kept forgetting we asked for utensils, and every other little thing. He would rush by us serving other folks and just not come back for the little items we asked for. We were not rude, we asked nicely. I just gave up. We always tip generously everywhere understanding how much they work hard, but not this time. It was a very disappointing experience all around. Spoiled by the long wait, having to ask for every little thing and just be forgotten. Meanwhile, the apparently “important men” that arrived after us were noisily talking and slurping at their food that was served so speedily by the servers/owners. Ew. We could only watch and fume at this disservice that we were being dealt with.
