I waited in line several minutes and said hello several times before anyone acknowledged me. They rudely said order when you’re ready. I ordered a hamburger and onion rings. I pulled forward and waited. I was there for 2 minutes before knocking on the window, and no one answered. I knocked again and waited. After five minutes, I drove away. Apparently, they didn’t want my business. I don’t understand how people think they are worth 15.00 an hour when they are rude, disrespectful and the food is poor quality.

Tried to stop to get my son food we went to the drive though, there were several cars but we got in line. We had people come behind us and got stuck in the line. We at finally at the window after 40 minutes! The worker at the window opened it closed it, looked confused and left the window without saying anything. When he did come back he looked stressed and scattered grabbing the drinks and receipt. As I attempted to calm my 2 yr old he muttered thanks for your patience. Another person just. Brought the food to the window and they did apologize for the weight but when I was like that was a really long wait it was 40 minutes all they said was yeah I know. Me and my family decided to try somewhere else today but we will not be back.

Saturday night around 10pm the lady working drive through is always so sweet & fast. It seems like there’s only 2 people in the store (I’ve been there) I know it’s hard to customer service 10/10 when they get like that but she still managed to be great & food was good too. Give those workers a raise

This review is completely indicative of the general manager who was working the front counter. What a grotesque example of communication from leadership. The condescending comments, disregard for employee feelings, and the way the criticism was communicated was absolutely disrespectful. We took our family there because it was convenient and we just wanted to shave a quick meal, we instead spent the entirety of our meal listening to the manager berate the team around him.

It’s worth it for a quick bite and they have good food here, it’s not the same as Carl’s Jr used to be. I enjoy the staff there, parking is easy and the place is spotless. Cudos for their cleanliness, not my favorite but I’ll keep going.
