I don’t go to Taco Bell often. When I do it’s this location. It has always been slow since day one years ago. Today I was the only person inside. I ordered four tacos and a chalupa and it took almost 15 minutes. Also, the staff needs proper training regarding promotions from the San Jose sharks at the hockey team scores. Four goals you’re supposed to get for free tacos which is why I went there today. I said I wanted the San Jose sharks for free Taco deal. She smiled at me and said okay and then I added a few other items and she charged me for the tacos. I caught it and said hey. I thought the four tacos are supposed to be free and she said yes. You need to have a code. So I said let’s walk through this. I asked you for the San Jose sharks for free tacos. You said okay and never mention needing to see a code or a screenshot. You just went ahead and charged me and she could not understand what she had done wrong.
