I was in Miami for my birthday and my friend and I stopped here. We had her kids with us, the vibe was very bad when we walked in so I waited outside. While being outside my friend was inside and she witnessed the manager making racial comments about Puerto Rican’s and Cubans. After being very offended my friend made a few comments and we were treated very rudely the entire time we were there. I immediately felt the urge to leave I wasn’t comfortable eating there, I raced inside and asked the bartender for 2 boxes, she looks at me with attitude and says I only have one. I’m not sure how but I got the box and stuffed the tacos and nachos inside. I honestly didn’t try any of the food so I can’t say anything about the quality of it. The customer service was awful and the vibe was off from the beginning. I would not recommend this place at all.

Outdoor bartenders were great. Ozzy took care of our party the ehoke night. Drinks never stopped and food kept coming. Tacos and nachos were delicious. Definitely recommend, this was the only place on collins that was alive.

I ordered chicken tenders and my chicken was completely raw. i politely brought it to the staff’s attention and was offered to recook my food. i politely declined due to currently being pregnant and not wanting to take the risk. the manager was called and i was then told i would be refunded my money. i have been waiting for over 30 minutes and have not yet received my money back. i do not recommend this restaurant at all.

Felt bamboozled by the staff, very bad atmosphere. Taco taco “express” is very misleading, this is a hotel lobby bar that decided to serve some tacos that take half an hour to make. Forced gratuity for take out order and charged for water bottles after asking for water when we first arrived with no warning from the server. Would not recommend.

Not impressive menu. When we came nothing was available. They mentioned full bar but nothing available. The cheese for the nacho and chips is similar to the cheese at a concession stand. Not enough chicken on the nachos and the quality is horrible. Frozen style.

Nope. Ordered two meals and chips w/ queso to go and waited 20+ minutes. Several people with orders placed after us got their orders first. As I’m medically unable to wear a face covering I was treated rudely upon entering and greeted with an eye roll when I showed them an exemption card. They screwed up our order and overcharged us as well.
