Been wanting to try this place for a while. Experience was 50/50. While the proportion sizes didn’t disappoint the service and kitchen did. Didn’t take long to get seated or order in, went over the options quite fully but when the meals came out and the burger we ordered as well done was served medium/medium rare the service changed. Drinks werent offered to be refilled and the burger was recooked for what seemed only a few seconds and was still the same. Despite not eating it or taking it home still charged the full price for it ……

Seems like a great place for big groups. It was busy and the service was alittle slow. Great atmosphere. The appetizers came out fast and were really good. The portions for the appetizers were big. It took a while to get more drinks and our food but it was ok. The food was good.

Loved it! There are lots of options and everything is delicious! The burgers are the best tasting I have ever had. Our waitress, Madi, was wonderful – very attentive, friendly, and made fantastic recommendations. The building itself is beautiful too, especially the huge stone fireplace.

This restaurant is a must eat if your in the area. The food was great and the staff was fun. I had wings and they were probably the best I have ever had. The restaurant is a timber frame structure giving a uniquely rustic and contemporary feel. It is certainly a one of a kind. They also had 72 beers available many of them on an ice cold tap. The owner is great and you will likely see him mingling with customers and helping in the kitchen or behind the bar. I can’t wait to be in the area again so I can eat there again! I highly recommend taking a drive and giving it a shot.

Hadn’t been here since it was called “Pitzer’s”. We met another couple at 7:30 p.m. on a Friday. The place was packed, yet we were seated immediately. The waitress was friendly and prompt. She let us enjoy our drinks and appetizers, only asking once if everything was O.K. They have a GREAT beer menu. I had a draft of Blackberry Space Queen, then a Pineapple ‘puff. Two awesome sours. My wife eats gluten-free, so she had a seltzer, of which there were many choices. Our friends had a nice looking warm pretzel with beer cheese, and enjoyed it. When she took our orders and again was very friendly and despite the full house, didn’t rush us.

Call ahead. If Chef Braden isn’t on duty, don’t bother. Whom ever was attempting to prepare food tonight couldn’t manage two medium burgers and chicken tenders all with fries. I was told everything failed because I ordered the burger that comes with a crab cake on it. I suspected the absence of Chef when the server said there is no pork tonight. Best part, I’m confident the owner was present and neither did a manager address my table. As you’ll notice, no response to the comments online either. Maybe Chef interviews for a new job on Mondays?

Went for father’s day at 4:00. They were out of fried zucchini. The pretzel looked and tasted like it came from a rundown concession stand and was small. I ordered the penne ala vodka. They were out of that also. The ceasar salad tasted like smelly fish water and no one ate it. The steak was tasteless and in need of seasoning. We ordered the mega chocolate chip cookie with ice cream. Guess what, they were out of ice cream and didn’t mention this until she brought the lone cookie out on a plate. It looked pitiful. Then they told us “the system” wasn’t working to use our $100 gift card. I certainly complained because that is why we went there and wasn’t paying $170 for bad food and treatment. This place was a complete disappointment!! NEVER going back.
