Last week, i had ordered two bigmacks for my wife and myself, but as you can see by the picture, they both came out looking like a 5 year old made them. So after i saw them like this I went back inside and I talked to a lady upfront that looked like she was a manager due to the scarf looking thing around her neck. After she inspected the sandwich she told me that it was fine because everything was in the top half and nothing was missing! I asked her to speak to the store manager who after seeing the sandwich said nothing and brought me two new ones that were made correctly. This has not been my first bad experience here, but i plan on it being my last as i will not come here anymore. I do have to say that this McDonald’s used to be a 5 star kinda fast food restaurant, but now it’s become a zero star and the worst fast food restaurant in my area.

Horrible drive-thru layout made worse by new system. When busy, it’s rare that you actually get your food at the window. You now have to take a ticket and pull into one of the “waiting lanes” where a person from inside the restaurant brings out 3 or 4 people’s order at a time. However, if you get your food before the person in front of you, you often cannot move until they pull forward. It’s true that the tightly spaced location doomed thus McDonald’s from the start, but to keep drive-thru times low, the managers have come up with a system that has me choosing other eating options. 6/10 Breakfast ordered thru app curbside pickup. At 11 minute mark was notified that they were “starting to prepare” my order and would be out in 2-5 minutes. Total time from order to arrival of food: 19 minutes. Bottom line, if you want fast-food, this ain’t it!!

McDonald’s is going to have to get better at their service and taking orders they usually can’t do that and it’s just the basic stuff I’ve been using Wendy’s for the last week they have a better product cheaper price and they’re quicker. You would think McDonald’s will hire a better quality manager the managers is this location on Watson is just there they’re the lousiest people to manage a store

This mcdonalds has quick service even at the busiest hour! Very friendly employees whatever you order they repeat it back to you in detail so everything is on point! My food was so fresh is fries were still steaming and hot to eat! I always go to this location and never had a issue. My wife always triple checks the food to make sure we get what we paid for since the other location kept messing up our order. We haven’t experienced anything negative here. But you know what I wish all mcdonalds would bring back? The boxes and quality toys from the 90s where you can convert the happy meal boxes into a hot wheels ramp for the hot wheels or barbie house for the barbie collection. It was so much fun to be able to play and eat at the same time. But other than that this location will not disappoint!

We stood at the counter to place our order for more than five minutes. Workers walked by and no one acknowledged that we were there much less needed to have our order taken. Then once our orders were placed and we received our food the order was incorrect, the chicken nuggets were hard, the fires were cold. I don’t frequent McDonald’s often but I was babysitting and decided to treat the little ones. I was fairly disappointed and will go back to not patronizing the store again.

We ordered breakfast at 10:15am in the drive thru. We were told at the window to park that they were waiting on fresh hash browns and it would only be 2 minutes. I sat parked waiting for 10 minutes then had to go inside. Half of my order was not ready when I went inside. I then had to wait another 10 minutes. I was very disappointed in the service this morning. Total wait time for 2 hash browns this morning was 34 minutes!

This location was super busy. The food was good, the building is requiring some repair (door handles & other items making it appear unkept). Atmosphere was chaotic ( several tables occupied by teenagers without food or drink who were quite loud). Service was slloooww! Took over 20 minutes for our food. That’s not fast food.
