Everytime I got in there is no food in all three of the warmers for pizza slices, chicken, ETC. completely unacceptable. For the size of the building and amount of staff this should be getting done. Ashland does it better and more consistently than this store ever could. You guy really need to fix these problems. This is by far the worst Casey’s I have ever been to, ordered from, or been inside of. Ridiculous that you have to have regular people tell you how poorly you are failing as a business.

You need to fire that idiot woman who had been there since you opened the store. She is BAD! Slow, obnoxious, unprofessional, treats regular customers with cutsie names and wastes time with nonsense banter. Shut up and do your job! And it is bad enough to wait in a line of 6 to 8 people because she is so slow, to make matters worse she had a fit because i order pizza, and didn’t tell them i had a coupon. ****Update 8/21/23 – sitting in my driveway and all of the sudden food starts landing near me!! A-Hole kids sitting next to the building just throwing food over the fence I peaked over the fence and they were looking at me as if it didn’t happen!!! I have never seen such a filthy gas station, there has been trash all over the place for the last few days, which in turn ends up in our yard on windy days!!!! – TRASH STATION!

This place is horrible. I had a previous comment here that I can’t find, based on how bad of service I had ordering food to go. Repeated mistakes and delays on orders. I talked to them in person twice now and things aren’t any better. I originally had a different phone number so maybe that’s why they didn’t take my latest request to heart?? I have shown up to get their bbq brisket pizza when it was supposed to be done only to find out no one set the brisket out to thaw therefore my pizza wasn’t ready…… I am completely fed up with this place. The last time I placed an order was because my friends from out of town really wanted to try Casey’s pizza. We ordered a large pepperoni and a large hamburger, not too hard right? We got a pepperoni that had barely any meat on it and a cheese pizza. I went into the store to ask for a refund (bringing the pizzas with me to return to them) as my friends had to leave by that time and couldn’t wait for a new pizza to be made and got told that since she wasn’t a manager she couldn’t give me a refund, but she wrote down a note and said I would be contacted by the store manager. Still hasn’t happened and this was weeks ago. Absolutely poor customer service.

Stopped to get gas, pump would work. Went inside to see if clerk would take card and turn pump on. She said she couldn’t that we had to move to a different pump. Clerk was rude and too busy flerting with a guy at the counter. We drove off and went somewhere else. You just lost a loyal customer.

Terrible representation of a “new” and recently opened gas station. Pump card pay and screens are outrageously slow. Says they take Hy-Vee fuel rewards but they don’t.
