Usually this place is very good, there are three girls that are there every morning during the week and they are wonderful accommodating and very friendly. But they must be on vacation or working a different shift this week and last week because the morning shift filling in are not very friendly do not get the order correct which unfortunately makes you think twice about going back tomorrow…

Only leaving a review because this location needs serious improvement. I would have given up on this Dunkin a long time ago if it wasn’t the most conveniently-located one on my way to work. They frequently confuse orders (iced instead of hot, sometimes the wrong item completely) or sometimes don’t make an item at all. This morning I ordered the new mini pancakes along with the hashbrowns. I got two orders of hashbrowns, no pancakes. I never have time to say anything while I’m at the store or change my order because I’m picking up a to-go order and then driving to work. I would love if this was one of the Good Dunkins in the area, but unfortunately it’s one of the Bad Dunkins due to the inconsistency.

3 years ago I loved this place. Since then, management has changed hands several times, no one is actually in charge, service has slowed down significantly, the place is always a mess, and now they nitpick and charge for silly things (like a cup of ice for a dollar??) I have visited 2x a weekday and spend $30+ week for more than 7 years, but rest assured I’ll be bringing my business elsewhere.

I come to this Dunkin every day on the way to work. I get the same sandwich every day. In the past 3 months, my order has been completely wrong 2 times. The average is still very good, and I am very pleased with the drive-thru staff day after day, even if there is a mix up. I purposely pass by about 4 other DD’s to come to this one.
