New to town. Went in for take out at the suggestion of a local. Ribs looked good. Got 1/3 meal with mashed potatoes/gravey and pea salad. Regular rub with wet sauce was good but meat not fully cooked. Definitely not fall off the bone meat. Mashed potatoes were overly smashed into goo and with no flavor. The pea salad was tasty. I’m very disappointed.

So you may be asking why I gave an overall rating of 2 stars. I freaking love the the food at Killy’s. The shepherds pie and bangers & mash are amazing. Here is my issue…. I think it may be time to give up advertising a full menu. This is the second time in three weeks that I have went there all stoked to have one of my favorites only to be let down because there’s no cook. I get that you can’t make people work but don’t even bother having things on the menu that require a cook on duty. Just totally get rid of those items all together and only put the items that you make in bulk on there. I’ll keep checking Facebook but if I see a “Cook Wanted” sign I won’t even bother. Hopefully something changes because I miss my pub fare.

I really enjoyed the food. The brisket was a little dry but the bbq sauce was amazing. I also had the ribs. They were cooked great. The cream corn was alright. There are a lot of choices. At my visit the grill was down so you could not order anything from it. It was a busy place with good food.

The BBQ was pretty good but honestly I’m spoiled to outstanding smoked meats. This is honestly great BBQ for Wyoming and I enjoy that you can get your food right away. Also, get some ribs; they’re pretty damn good!

Pretty good place for BBQ. I tried the BBQ trio with brisket, ribs, and pulled pork. The meats were all tasty and for the most part came with the sauce on the side. The sauce was a little sweeter than I like, but not bad. Great selection of sides with multiple potato salads. Deviled egg potato salad and baked beans were good. Staff was quick and friendly. Found out Guinness goes well with BBQ!
