Disgusting place. Staff is disheveled and mumbling to customers. Entire building is filthy. I would go hungry or drive off the mountain before ever coming here again. There wasn’t a clean table in the place, even the seats were covered in crumbled biscuits and bits of fries.

((!!SIGNAL MOUNTAIN, TN TAFT HWY!!)) The inside is so filthy!! The play area was nasty. My son was covered in long hairs & dirt from the INSIDE PLAY AREA!! The employees were nice but there is definitely a lack of management in this location!! My chicken sandwich was like leather, they had to make a new 1. It was so bad that we left b4 finishing!! The employees friend’s hang out with their toddlers & I witnessed the children running & playing behind the counters. It felt more like a run down daycare than a restaurant. I’m shocked that any corporation would allow their business 2 be ran this way!! I will not eat there again.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Not only was the dinning area disgusting the manager on duty was extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband had to ask for someone to wipe a table clean for us. There was not ONE clean to sit at. They were not busy at all so I didn’t understand why the place was such a mess. They were out of sweet tea, and we had to ask for new fries. They were cold and old. As we were leaving we said, ” have a good night”, and the manager on duty said, “are you going to complain about that too.” It was so rude. I turned around and snapped a picture of the 1800 number to call to complain about our visit there. I will never go back. It is ran by a bunch of immature teenagers. Horrible!!!!

Waited a long time, which is understandable in these times of pandemic. But I got a happy meal for my toddler, and because I also work fast food, I can tell you those nuggets had been sitting for a looooong time. He couldn’t chew them. It also didn’t have a toy. I got a little cheeseburger that had sat under the lamps top long and I couldn’t eat that either, which was a blessing because when I looked again, there was a little hair on the bun. I know this happens, but come on guys. Fries were hard and very dark. It didn’t account for the very long wait to have such old food. I wanted to try to get a refund but they didn’t give me a receipt, I realized too late. Will not be back.

This McDonald’s was probably the most dysfunctional one I’ve ever been in. Lines around the building for days, not because our was so popular, but probably because it was so slow. Inside was no better. People milling around not knowing who had ordered, asks who hadn’t. One kid trying to run the counter while other workers seemed oblivious to the crowd. A simple order took about 15 minutes, after waiting 5 just to place said order. I’d been better off driving down off the hill and ordering at a different location! You probably would be better off, too!

Food (fries) were cold, asked for no onions and they still put them on my cheeseburgers. If they would change the oil in their fryers the fries would be much better but they don’t seem to like criticism or suggestions. They never give you napkins or ask if you need anything to go with your order. Bathrooms are almost always nasty as well.

Food is exactly like every other McDonald’s. The restaurant’s cleanliness is a different story. The floor ALWAYS looks filthy. Drink station always needs to be wiped down. Behind the counter is gross! Yogurt cooler door was open and yogurts were spilling out and on the floor. Spilled smoothie on floor between ice cream machine and cooler. Dirty countertops. I wanted to put on an apron and help clean the place! The staff however is always friendly and quick to get your food out. The drive-thru order taker recently was amazing. I usually have to repeat myself, I attribute it to the fact that I wasn’t raised in the south, so I have never had a problem with that, but this young man spoke clearly and was incredibly courteous with a smile.
