I give this store 5 stars because the staff is always polite and patient. They have great customer service and always prepare my food fresh. The managers are doing a great job managing/leading the team in my opinion because I usually see the managers working too.

I love this location. The staff is always so friendly and I ran into one at the Buffet down the street. She remembered me and the kids and said hello! The dining room is always tidy, with the exception of a few places with crumbs. Other than that, keep up the awesome work!

I always have a great meal at this location. Sandwich was hot and fresh. Love these crinkle cut fries. Dining in is super clean. Tana and her staff do a wonderful job. This is definitely my go to place in Lexington.

Favorite is the chicken salad sandwich. It’s to die for a long with the strawberry lemonade to top it all off. But this time I got the turkey sliders. ORDER MORE THAN ONE! THEY ARE THE SIZE OF A DINNER ROLL! but totally worth it. The only thing I’d ask of them is that it be mandatory to always put horsey sauce and Arby’s sauce in the bags.. mmm horsey sauce.. anyways that’s just me I feel as if I can never have enough of all the above.

Love eating at newer buildings, seems the fresher equipment makes it taste a bit better. Probably should have opted for a double rather than a half pounder, the sandwich was stacked so high with roast beef I almost choked, not that I am complaining. Fries and Mozz sticks were well fried. Placed looked great and I can appreciate the fact they installed the newer USB receptacles at some tables.

The store in Lexington, TN is by far the best Arby’s we have ever ate at. They are very clean and the store decor is nice. Plus the server was very friendly. We are planning on trying the new one out south very soon.
