According to the employees: they turn off their ovens at 7:30 pm, they lock their doors at 8:45 pm, they do not have to make any pizzas after 8 pm because, you know their oven is off, disrespect customers who walk in after 8 pm, are outright rude and change their stories every 5 seconds, they call the “owner” who “doesn’t want to deal with anyone” and feel it is appropriate to act as if working their job shouldn’t be expected of them.

I like the service it has improved because of different managers. I am unimpressed with the people that take orders. One got it wrong. But the manager was so good he made sure the refund went back on my granddaughters credit card. I went in after the person got it wrong to make sure the order was corrected. The manager was polite and very professional! Unlike the server who had a attitude. Probably her age or doesn’t like being wrong maybe corrected.

This place is allways a dumpster fire!! Were do i start! First of all, I’ve avoided wrighting a review for years for this location because clearly there is nothing nice to say. But tonight I got locked into the store at 8:45 pm while awaiting for my once again inedible pizza. FYI they close at 9PM! Turns out that A staff that specialize in making up rules and policies while mouthing off to customers can’t handle making a simple pizza!! I did find out that giving out there name, the managers info, the owners info, corporates info and # is all against policy!! Plus nobody’s in charge. They all are in charge! Lmao! Nice try!! Job opening!!!

I picked up my pizza and went to get popeyes.while in the car my granddaughter noticed we had one wrong pizza. I said no big deal. Come to find out they were both wrong! I called while still un the drive thru at popeyes. He said he would make me new pizza. I drove not even 5 mins back and he hands me 2 pizzas. There is no way they made fresh pizza in less than 5 minutes. So he said I don’t have to lie I make pizza all day long. Well he did end up making new pizza but the comment was uncalled for!!! So the rude service made it a bad experience.

Deserves zero stars! Pizza wasn’t cooked all the way and they forgot to cut it. Then when I asked for my money back, I was told they couldn’t refund just the one pizza. Literally has to call the manager because they didn’t know what they were doing!! Great job Scott Frazier what a business you got over there

Came in to this store after work and one of the staff members was quite rude when taking my order. She had an attitude with me throughout the entire process, acted like I was an inconvenience. I smiled upon entry and said hello she glared at me and didn’t even acknowledge me. Would not recommend this store and would suggest going somewhere else.

I work at the cinema nearby so I would come here regularly for my breaks, but all of a sudden they do not serve me anymore. I’m not sure what I did, but every time I come in, they do not serve me. They come up with multiple excuses until I end up leaving.
