The slowest place to get a sub in town. If you call or do an online order and it says 10 minutes, wait at least 30 before going in to get your food. Happens every time. You’ll get real tired of hearing “Sorry about that wait” if you eat there a few times. Food is decent enough but if your in a rush just drive a little further to publix.

Did an online order for 2 subs and they look like they were just thrown into the boxes! I had to throw my sandwich away because of how soggy my bread was, there was sauces all over everything the wrong meats were used and the sides we ordered weren’t even given to us. This was our sec9nd experience with them…the first one we walked out mid order because the lady started making our sandwiches then started scratching her hair and went right back to making without changing her gloves …this time when I went in no one was wearing gloves and no one had on hairnets. One gentleman had long hair and it wasn’t even pulled back…I mean he had great hair but not for a restaurant

Not as good Dothan locations. The wait was roughly 20 minutes. Think it sat on the counter before they called our party. Good was warm at best, and one was made wrong.

I enjoy the subs but yesterday I ordered online and went to pick it up and nothing was on the shelf so I waited..and waited. They put them in the back because people were taking apparently but they didn’t put up a sign or anything. After a half hour I was very frustrated.

Waited 30 min for sandwiches, my order wasn’t correct. There was a person waiting for an hour because her order wasn’t correct and ask for it to be corrected. A gentleman working there had hair all over the place, in front of his face, not pulled back and hat just sitting on top of his head doing nothing for food safety. Constantly adjusting his hat with gloves on, not replacing his gloves after adjusting his hat or hair. If you are wanting fire house plan to wait at least 30 minutes and not get what you ordered.

I waited 15 minutes for an order of soup. The cashier was busy talking to a couple of men. She took my order and forgot about me. The two guys that were cooking never even attempted to scoop my soup from the warmer to a cup. It was only after the older gentleman got off of break that my soup was scooped into a bowl that my order was filled….and HIS GLOVE CAME OFF OF HIS HAND as he scooped my soup up.
