I’m usually very pleased with the service as this is the gas station just a few blocks from my house so Im always stopping in, but tonight was absolutely unacceptable. Placed an order online for a large pizza, bread sticks and 16pc wings at 7:00PM got a notification saying it would be ready at 8:12PM which was already a pretty long wait to begin with.. upon arrival they handed me my pizza and breadsticks but no wings. They had given my wings to a different customer with another order that went out. So I had to sit and wait 15 minutes in my car for another order of wings to be made, the lady then dropped one of my wings on the floor after they came out of the oven. By the time I got home my pizza and breadsticks were cold the cheese had already basically hardened on both, and the “crispy” wings that I had to wait another 15 minutes for weren’t crispy AT ALL. I wasn’t offered any sort of discount or anything to make up for the terrible service. I am extremely disappointed to say the least I should’ve just ordered Pizza Hut honestly.

Ever had a Pizza killed by cook being in a good mood? Casey’s has GREAT Pizza. They use perfect ratio of toppings to go with their Crust. This guy had so much cheese on it the toppings poured off every slice. The cheese was thick 2 out of 5 of us was choking. Couldn’t even chew it. No more calling in a Pizza to my favorite Pizza Place here. Had this problem once before. Going to have to wait for new employees.

Casey’s is a gas station that serves amazing fresh made from scratch donuts, pizza, and subs. They can be a little pricey if you don’t happen to get in on a special but no more than any other items at a convenience store. I almost always get great service. Everyday I go in this store at goodland ks seems like I always have to ask for breakfast ideas to be put out. They never have any biscuits and gravy out I always have to ask for them whether it’s 7am or 8 9 it don’t seems to matter the time they never have food out. And when I’ve ask for more biscuits a gravy biscuits are either cold or frozen when they put the gravy on it and then I have to put everything in the microwave. And the last time I was in there they didn’t even have any breakfast stuff out including pizza hash browns or breakfast bowls not just biscuits and gravy and that was on Thursday 11/8 and I had watched the kitchen employee go up front to talk staff several times before finally asking them to start some food.

I first became aware of Casey’s in McPherson Kansas when I was going there for college. At 1st I was hesitant to try a gas station pizza, but when I finally did try it, it is really some of the best pizza I’ve ever had anywhere. On my way back to Denver I stopped in Goodland Kansas the closest location to Denver and got 2 small pizzas ate one there and took one back to Denver with me.
