Our first time there and the employees had the “Idc” behaviors. When I brought it to their attention that they charged me 6.49 instead of 4.99 for the kids meal, I pointed to the board, showed her my receipt and then she started pulling up the price on her computer and was telling me that it is 6.49 and it is 4.50 if I just bought the sandwich…..I pointed to the board again and suggested that they should update their price board, she did apologize but had a “oh well” attitude and did not offer to refund the difference. Maybe I should have pushed for it, Especially after I downgraded my sandwich from the 12in to the 6in while ordering because I brought in $21.00. I planned to share my sandwich with my husband while our daughter enjoyed her kids meal. But because of the difference It was more than what I had. But if she would have refunded the difference and rang it up with the price advertised, I could have bought the 12in. It’s just very disappointing that a professional would be ok that conclusion.

I hate to leave negative reviews, but I was excited to try this place on a friend’s recommendation. Paid $11 including the $1 tip for this. I want to go back, but I don’t know if it’s worth my time or effort to try them out; or even say anything. If this is the product a first time customer gets, I’m not sure how they retain business.

I was not greeted after walking up to the register even with no line and was just stared at by the employee. I just asked ”do you guys do cheesesteaks” hoping for a quick transaction. The employee literally turned around and looked at the menu then looked back at me and said “No.” nothing else. Just “no” So I then looked for something similar just to find the “steak and cheese…” ordered it and got a rude tone through the rest of the order as if a new customer should have their terminology memorized. I just wanted a cheese steak. Unfortunately my wife and I also didn’t feel good later after eating it. Bad experience and bad food. Too bad because i like that they support for first responders. Not hard to say hello and make a suggestion for something worded differently. Even McDonalds does that.

My family and I tried their foods today. It was a pleasant experience. The sandwich that I ordered was called firehouse steak and cheese, I think. It was very good. I’m not a big fan of sandwiches but it was really good today. The atmosphere was quiet nice as well. It looks nice and clean inside. The only thing that kinda turned me off was the price. It is a little bit pricey. I had a small sandwich, it was indeed very small, it was good, but it was almost 5 bucks for that size. It was very good though, I guess you gotta pay more for good tasting foods. Over all, it was a great lunch. We will probably be back there soon. I forgot to take pictures of the subs that we ordered though, next time, I’ll surely take pics before I eat.

First time being there. Waited 45 min to get my sub when only 4 people were ahead oh me. My meatballs where cold. The gm was there and didn’t seem to care. She said that it is a lunch rush. She didn’t even apologize. She just said I can’t make you another sub.

We ordered 3 hot subs, they were all cold and made very sloppy. My husband’s had 2 long curly hairs in his and pretty sure she has lice! Delt with Door dash and they will be having the health department get ahold of me.
