Got order wrong, and that’s sad because they are making it in front of you. 8/10 at approx 4pm I asked for cheddar instead of provolone, but I got provolone. Asked for easy Mayo, and it was literally dripping with Mayo as well as no Italian seasoning on an Italian sandwich. A friend of the workers showed up and it was like no other customer existed after that. Too bad

The Event of the Year Party Planning
Visited the drive thru today and the experience was terrible. The girl working the window and taking my order had the worst attitude. Patience was short and when I beeped my horn to let her know my chips weren’t inside, she really showed she was annoyed. I’ll pass all together. My sandwich was dry and just not good. I paid Almost $20 for a sandwich, drink and chips and treated like trash. I’m good all together with Potbelly’s, especially this location.

I live 5 minutes away from this location and I must say this is the worse sandwich I’ve ever purchased from potbelly. Workers need retraining bc the West loop location is top notch with their sandwiches. Oak lawn has Dry sandwiches and even after requesting for extra oil, vinegar and seasonings.

Ordered a sandwichon Potbelly in Oak Lawn. In the instructions, I asked to be called when the food arrives, left phone number. got text saying Muhammid is on his way with my food. Five minutes later I get another text saying my food was delivered. No food was delivered. Call Potbelly and was told by the manager Natasia that I can’t receive a refund until later tonight because her general manager has to do it. Crazy how quick they take your money but replacing it is another issue. Would NEVER order from this place again. Still hunger.

OMG!!! This Turkey Flat i ordered is amazing!!!!! The Mac n Cheese was super hot and i ordered thru doordash, but this Mac n Cheese was hot like potbelly was right there!!!! Both Milkshakes(Coffee & Oreo) were amazing as well! I could eat this whole order all over if i wasnt so full!!!!

I decided to enjoy potbelly with my friends this evening when I walked in I was welcomed with opened open arms specifically by the employee Mikey he was so charismatic and completely made my night. I’m upset ! I went to the oak lawn location and it says they close at 10. I arrived at 9:30 and they was closed. This is unprofessional and I went out my way just for them to be closed earlier than the stated time. I’ll never come try their food anymore!!!!

I come here at least twice a week and they are consistently superb. They are always smiling and nice, even when they’re busy. I honestly don’t understand what some of the negative reviews are talking about. Maybe they were written by those super picky people you get stuck behind in the line sometimes? I don’t know, but I’ve never been disappointed at this location. They load up your sandwich and it’s not overpriced. Highly recommended.
