Called 5 times! On the 5th call I was placed on hold. Heard bunch of noise only. When I got there only 1 customer waiting for his order. So why was I placed on hold??? Once there I ordered and had to wait 10 to 12 minutes for the pizza.

Order DoorDash and this place is unbelievably ridiculous. It’s their fault for giving my order to the wrong person AND I have waited over an hour waiting for my food and they can’t remake it and fix their freaking mistake all because they were about to close. My recent visit was one of worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Ordered a pizza online and went to go to pick it up when it was time, just to come find out they had given my pizza to someone else, for some reason. I was told I had to re-purchase the pizza because they could not give my money back or make me a pizza, although I had confirmation number. I did end up getting one until the next day, when the manager called to apologize but it was still did not change the fact of how horrible service was.
