Whoever that indian guy that works in the morning needs to get trained again or fired. Literally ordered a mobile order i get there 5 minutes later i see that its a bit busy so i wait in the pickuo counter. 20 min past and everyones been helped out. Mobile order is still not done. Dude had audacity to ask me if i ordered thru him or not. You clearly saw me waiting in their for 30 min. I had to tell him bro check the orders. Uve been standing there doing nothing for past 10 min then u ask me? Smh worst service.

I get coffee almost everyday here but most of the staff are all garbage,the only people that actually do there jobs is the spanish chick with the red hair an the big white girl. I saw an older staff indian woman take an hour break in the middle of a rush and an older male staff worker jus threw all the work on the one girl who clearly has been running around all day,there was also another older male staff worker who never even came back from the back area while it was busy,most of the older staff are too lazy to do any go orders which backs up the store,whoever runs this Dunkin is a garbage boss and does not know how to run a business. Will not be coming back to that place ever again.

Experience was not that great, the lady in the front took a long time just moving change over from one register to another, couldn’t Input the order in system and had another person come to do it. Have them cash and they said “no” do you have a card. I said I didn’t and he begrudgingly gave me change. Speed of service is incredibly spow in the mornings, i have waited over 15 minutes before for a coffee and selim made it wrong, 3 times in a row. This is consistent, i dont know why I still come here, i have been late to work thanks to this location, dunkin is supposed to be fast

The morning shift is terrible, they are constantly getting my, seemingly, simple order (large coffee, 1 milk, 2 sugars) wrong. And since COVID started I’ve been using the app, so it can’t even be a communication error, they just don’t care. Most of the time I end up with cream and lots of sugar.
