Just moved to the area from Channelview, after ordering from the Sheldon Rd store I had just thought Pizza Hut was slipping in the quality and customer service areas, but having just ordered from this location I was wrong. That other store apparently just sucks. My food was perfect, the staff was friendly, they have the good coupons and deals still. Highly satisfied with this location, will definitely be ordering again

This place has the worst customer service of any restaurant ever! First the music was so loud that I couldn’t even hear the employee at the counter. Second all the employees were sitting at all the chairs in the lobby and wouldn’t get up so the customers could sit down. When our pizza was finally ready it was wrong and the manager refused to fix it and she said that I was the one that ordered it wrong when I placed the order. Definitely pizza hut has went downhill, next time we will give Marco’s pizza a chance.

We ordered from here a few months ago and the pizza was burnt. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again tonight and this will be my last time. Our stuffed crust tastes like it isn’t cooked all the way and I paid extra for cheesy breadsticks and basically got regular breadsticks with a ton of seasoning on it, and barely any cheese. We can’t even eat the pizza because it tastes so bad. Such a waste of money, especially at a time like this.

Bad customer service at this location!How you forget to pineapple on a Hawaiian pizza then say I ordered wrong and try to over charge . I waited another 15 minutes to remake my pizza , when I asked to remake my whole entire ordered I was ignored. The lady in the kitchen was flipping wings off her shirt , very unsanitary! When i asked for hot sauce , i got charged fo it . O should have gotten for free or a soda fpr the inconvenience. My other two pizzas were hard the time I gotten home. I will not come to this establishment again

We had a work party for our yard and for lunch we placed order for three pizzas – cheese, New Yorker and Meat Lovers. The delivery service ensured they arrived piping hot for lunch and the all thread pizzas were consumed within a half hour. The teenagers and adults in the group loved them. We will order again. We used the Pizza Hut mobile app to place the order which was easy to do and avoid any transcription issues.

I ordered two stuffed crust pizzas and both were completely raw. I spoke to the store manager directly and all he said he could do is return half my money. I told him no thanks and instead will never order Pizza hut again, what a terrible experience.

Horrible these people can never get our order right, how in the heck are they going to deliver to a house that doesn’t match address. Then claim a 12-15 year old answered the door and my almost 18 year old man child is still waiting for food 2 hours later we get food delivered. Never again Pizza Hut!!! No to our busted up cold a$$ pizza.
