They take a while in drive thru, especially in the afternoons. The outside of the restaurant is dirty and seems like they don’t care, so I could imagine the inside of the restaurant. The breakfast is ok the lunch is usually cold. The service is ok as well. There’s one manager who is usually on his phone every time we pass by drive-thru, but other than that it’s an alright location…

WORST Burger King I’ve EVER BEEN too! Went around 12pm and the male who ran the drive thru told me to “hold on one moment” which I did. After 2-4 minutes I kept saying “hello” I saw in the drive thru that no one was at the window so I drove up. He then went to say “yes? I told you to wait I was busy what do you want?” I then said to him “just a 4 piece nugget kids meal with an apple juice”. There was just NO NEED FOR THAT ATTITUDE!! If that lazy Manager who works in house shoes ever responds to everyone complaints this store wouldn’t be the worst one in the area. But I doubt it she even gives you attitude! Every time I go it’s a bad experience. Toddler was hungry and it was on the way home. The Burger King off the frontage road off of Jackson is wayyy better! Make the drive for that!!! Worth it!!! Anyway he charged me and took him no more than a minute to hand me food. Chicken nuggets were cold and still frozen in the middle, fries were hard and cold. Only thing good was the juice.

Sometimes I went that specific location and never had a problem. But today – That lady is terrible and treat unfriendly to me as Deaf customer. She gave ugly gesture. I never had that experience. I was shocked. I am not of Burger King taught her to treat bad to Deaf customer. She was nice to help hearing customers. Concerned???
