The problem with this restaurant is that the taste of the food constantly changes now, I have been buying from Long River and their other restaurant for more than 14 years and it was always really clean and never had any issues with the quality of the food or its taste, but as of late the consistency of the rice is not always good, I like my rice grains to be separated I don’t like mushy or clumpy rice, lo-mein and the beef or shrimp and broccoli sometimes is either too saucy(has too much) or too watery(has too little).

I’m sorry but what happened.The rice is still amazing but the chicken changed.2 Years ago the chicken was amazing, now half the time it’s raw, but today my chicken had BLOOD on it YES BLOOD. Wasted 19 dollars just to spit out my food. Dont recommend unless you like blood on your chicken.

First of all i was happy to see they were cleaning the grills real good when i walked in but when noticing my order wasnt what expected i ask for a refund. They lied on me saying thats what i ordered when i know dam well it wasnt and the women was mad rude she lucky i didnt jump over that counter. On top if that my girls chicken was pink inside but she said the rice was good. Customer service is everything ro me when i fo into a business especially if i plan on spending money but this place was unprofessional when dealing with customer request or complaints. They wont get a dime out of me again

Probably the best general tsao chicken in the area. I’m a regular at this restaurant and the staff are very friendly. Food is often ready in 10 minutes or so if you order a couple dishes but it can take longer as this place is very popular in my neighborhood. I gave it 4 stars because some dishes on their menu is so-so and could be better but overall a great place to order chinese takeout.

Lived in the area for years ordered from here plenty of times but food has gone downhill as of lately. Beef teriyaki is chewy and tough, pork fried rice is bland and pork is nasty, general tso chicken is dry and mostly just dark meat & breading, fried chicken was nasty & fries are soggy. Never eat here!!

Food was absolutely disgusting. My “pork fried rice” had no pork and tasted like nasty white rice. The rest of my food was burnt and on top of that the told me my total was a extra dollar than what it actually would. This place sucks and i would not recommended. Never ordering from here again!!
