im a local. grew up around the corner. i came back into town a little while back and spent the worst 70$ with tip i ever spent at a local place “where the locals go.” it was the dreaded sunday early afternoon shift there, and when they served my chicken bacon ranch large pie at my door i was excited. i ignored the ungrateful look on the delivery boys face with my 20% tip but when i opened the box to the wretched chicken pie it looked like the half man locked away in the observation room eating out of a dog bowl from the end of “The Fly” with Jeff Goldblum. truly putrid. pie looked D.O.A., the wings were tire fire burnt, not “Crisp”, and…i know, who am i? you dont need me! well, i dont need you either, and probably will cost you the $70 i spent along the line with this review, FOR SURE!

Gino’s has been a fixture in the 5 towns for as far back as I can remember. Gino’s is more than average for their prices and portions. I feel quality has slipped over the years. Not because of Gino’s but the demographics of the area aided in the uninspired menu. Could be amazing just meh

Maybe I am just used to much better quality italian food and pizza, but this food is just very low quality. My family and I ordered chicken and veal parm dinners that came with ziti, and a pie of pizza.The pizza itself was so bland, and the mozzarella was very chewy and tough (usually a sign it has been frozen for a long period of time). The tomato sauce on the ziti was very watery, which also severely watered down the taste (from my experience means instead of making more sauce, they just added water). And the breading on the veal and chicken had absolutelyu no seasoning and again, was completely tasteless. I would recommend goingnelsewhere.

I called 8 times to order pizza and dinner. Nobody picked up the phone or the line was busy. The owner had me waiting on the phone forever. Then somebody else picked up and said he was busy. I asked him to pick up the phone but then I heard him pick up another call in the background. So I guess it doesn’t matter that he lost a customer. Customer satisfaction doesn’t matter. I’ve known him for over 20 years, but years don’t seem to matter.
