Mr President
I’d like to say this Carl’s Jr has the best fast food restaurant service period. I placed an order the night before that had gotten mixed up. When I approached the manager James he had the most positive attitude and was extremely helpful. His customer service skills went above and beyond and he solved the issue quickly and effortlessly with precision and a smile. I’ll surely eat at this location more just because of his excellent service. Thank you James for the A1 service.

Employee argued with me whether or not he gave me sweet tea then he put the straw from the sweet tea in the unsweetened tea he originally gave me. It was a man but Teresita was the cashier. Writing this while I wait for my food at the front of the building. No one in drive through line. Extremely disappointed!

Food was good. We were walk ins. Went to counter was in line behind another customer. All the workers was working on drive thru. After 5 minutes a worker came to the counter helped the guy in front of with a pickup for his mobile order. Then kept working on other drive thru orders,even though there was other workers already working on them. Ran outside to take another order outside.We had to wait again. Never going back there again.

Won’t be back. Tried the drive thru first, sat there for 2 minutes with no one answering me so I went inside. No big deal. Once I went inside I realized the poor guy doing the front counter was also doing drive thru by himself. Took my order without complaining, and had to get the lemonade from the drink station since their summer promoted one was not an option. After waiting 10 minutes the manager finally came out to help and decided to give the 2nd person that ordered behind me at the counter their order first. After getting my order and getting home I realized I never got my 2nd order of fries from the 2 combo orders I bought. Long story short, I feel bad for the store but won’t be brining my business back.

Walked in and the 2 guys at the counter seen us and immediately turned and walked away and stood at the other end talking about personal stuff. No greeting, nothing and continued to ignore us. The other guy that was running around doing stuff, was the one that greeted us and took our order. He was very nice and brought our food out to us as well. The restaurant was gross and all of the trash cans were overfilled, even though there was one other customer in the store. One of the guys who originally ignored us, kept stopping his coworkers to have them watch videos on his phone, while the other finally started helping customers at the counter. The phone guy eventually started taking out the trash and kept stopping to talk to his coworkers again. Finally after 20 minutes he emptied the trash, but didn’t put any bags in the bins. We waited another 20 minutes for bags to be put in the bins, to throw away our trash. We finally just left our trash on the table and left because we didn’t want to wait anymore. I hate seeing people that are more concerned with there phone and chatting with their coworkers, rather than greeting a customer (even if they can’t help them) or doing the work they were hired for, especially when a restaurant is as slow as it was.

Went here thinking it would be a nice clean store with good food considering it’s in Bel Mar, Boy I was wrong. Went inside everything seemed dirty, no air circulation whatsoever! Employees took 5 minutes before acknowledging us, and there was like 15 workers! Ghetto people kinda! Ordered the $3.50 Gold Digger hamburger and it looked nothing like the ads! See pictures I included, I only gave 2 stars because the little star shaped nuggets were fresh and good! Yeah this burger was so sorry omg!

It sucked the only thing they got right on our order was the drinks. Our recept had all the correct information but meal was made completely wrong. This was our third time here and everytime they mess up. Never coming back.

The staff is very friendly which is the only reason this location is getting a 2 star. One of our meals had obviously been cooked long before ordered. When mentioned to the staff they kindly said their was nothing they could do. That is how the burgers come. The worst part though were the flies… I’ve never been in a fast food location where flies are an issue let alone this many while trying to eat at the indoor booths. I would say PASS on this place.

I can’t say anything bad about Carl’s Jr i love their breakfast, lunch, jalapeno poppers and strawberry cheesecake. Being one of my first jobs when i was just 16, I’ve been a regular ever since. It’s a must have at least once every couple months.
