completely unorganized, unapologetically bad customer service, and their staff needs to figure out why working together is such an issue for them. MULTIPLE trips go as such; being served cold food after telling us to pull into the parking lot because the drive thru staff cant serve us there, manager runs into back after asking for new food.

Disgusting dinning room. All tables had food and trash on them. The trash bin were turn towards the wall, you had to go out your way to throw trash away. I was there for 30 mins, and not one employee come around to clean. The kid at the register was too busy listening to his airpods interested of doing his job and extremely dismissive. He just threw my food on the counter and walked away, I had to ask if it was my or different costumers’. I had to ask for spoons, it too 5mins for someone to leave drive thru to get some. Everyone seem to want to hide at drive thru and not deal with dinning room. The employee on the back were on their phones at the prep table, which is health hazards and disgusting. Never coming back.

Went in 45 to an hour before closing and they had nothing but a few tenders and they stated they weren’t cooking anymore. Loud music blaring and employees walking around on their cellphone. They mentally closed down the store they were just waiting for their last hour to finish.

I ordered off of Grubhub, they got my order wrong which I don’t know how bc it says mashed potatoes (No gravy). I got a refund and called the restaurant, they were very nasty to me and told me “it was their problem”. They took no accountability for their mistake and i will not order again bc I know they will spit in my food.
