Placed an order online for pick up. We got there and the system hadn’t printed the order through no fault of the employees. They found the order, were super apologetic but the order was going to take another 15 minutes. I’m pregnant and was incredibly hungry so they were kind enough to give me a slice of pizza while we waited. Great customer service!

Honestly disappointed. The food is always good. The customer service is terrible. Whoever answers the phones are very snobby, and not to mention, every single time I order after 8:30/8:45pm, they say they aren’t taking anymore orders. If you close at 10, there’s no reason to stop taking orders an hour and a half before closing! Unreal and honestly sad. Hard to support local businesses when this is the behavior. No longer going back.

This place has the best paninis & wraps. I am a huge fan of their paninis as they always come with the most tastiest bow tie pasta. We order from here frequently. You have so many different choices of sandwiches, pizzas just wish they had more dinner entree options but that doesn’t ever steer me away from here!

I use to really like this pizzeria, until one Thursday night I tried to order around around 8:30 pm. (when they close at 10 pm) I called multiple times, and they would answer and hang up the phone. I even tried to order online and they rejected it. I will never be ordering from them again, and will spread the word about their terrible customer service.
