They are ALWAYS out of one thing or another to make lattes. They have tried to pass their coffee as lattes on multiple occasions. Bagels are NEVER toasted despite requesting it and cream cheese is almost always frozen like consistency. The bagels are also super old tasting despite purchasing items around 8am. Avoid at all costs…this one needs new management and an inspection.

Always out of the items needed for coffees. I stopped by 3x in 2 weeks, they couldn’t even make a iced mocha latte. They were out of the flavoring once, out of espresso once, and the third time they gave me a mocha latte, all milk and flavoring. When I took it back, they then said they were out of espresso, but didn’t say so when I ordered it! She actually offered to pour regular hot coffee in place of espresso. When I declined and asked for a refund, they gave me a hard time about it! Stay away from this Dunkin. The owner and employees do not care.

Drinks were awful. Only one was made correctly and the others tasted burnt. When we went back through they didn’t have enough coffee to make new drinks. They did give us a cup of creamer and caramel to doctor up the drinks, but it didn’t get rid of the burnt taste. First time through the server at the window handed us our order without saying a word. They were nicer when we came back through the second time. Do not recommend.

So this crew out weighted the original that was there the time before! The only thing was bacon was wrong as they gave me cooked bacon instead of snack bacon with the pepper on it but the rest of my order was fabulous and the little dude that was at the register “Angel” I think was his name.. he was top of the line, I have had several close family members pass in these 2 months and well I needed that smile and he sure got me to, so thank you, you don’t know how much that meant and you had no clue. The manager that we met in another Dunkin store would be proud of the crew that day, and the drinks were made right!

This location is always out of syrups, donuts and apparently frosting. I went today to get a dozen doughnuts and a 4 year old could of frosted them better. They only included enough frosting to cover 1/4th of the donut. Very disappointing.

Been here several times to get a refill on iced coffee, always brought my own cup. Today I went there and they turned me away saying I needed a DD cup. What’s the difference they don’t even fill the DD cup they fill the plastic cup and make you pour it in your cup anyways!! Save the planet DD in Dade City, Florida!!!

I’m not even that upset that they weren’t serving hot food for the umpteenth time, it is what it is, but this is what I get when I ask for chocolate frosted with sprinkles? And you read back chocolate frosted with sprinkles? Tell me you’re out, I’d be fine with it. Or maybe say “frosting is still warm, be careful”. Because seriously, I put them in the seat, took them home, and this is what we got when my husband opened the box.

Well I would love to be able to order something from here, yet islt is never in stock. Frozen coffee, don’t have any, 50ct munchkins for my daughter’s school day, “barely enough”. The one lady there hates her job, got greeted with “what you want”. This location is a joke.
