Worst customer service in the world. Sat in the drive through for 15 min no one said a word. Pulled up to the window two workers just looked at me and walked away. If you can’t handle 6 cars in drive through and 3 people inside get a new procession. Coffee shop is not for you. Won’t be back.

Terrible! So unbelievably slow! We ordered 1 order of ham and cheese roll ups and an everything bagel with cream cheese. Sat at the window for 15 minutes. When we FINALLY got our order we had been charged for 2 orders of roll ups, only got 1 order though, and got a plain bagel with cream cheese that was half burnt. When I tried to leave a bad survey and I went to enter their restaurant number, it said the restaurant number was invalid. Also saw then spill hot coffee on the driver of the car in front of us.
