The Peach Tea my wife ordered turned into a sugar slurry while we ate. The chicken was moist, breading somewhat bland, spicy sauce more a suggestion of what could be versus what was. Fried cheese was similarly bland due to batter.

Terrible experience. Ordered doordash so I wouldn’t have to leave my hotel late at night with a baby and asked for bbq wings for my special needs son that absolutely cannot stand hot wings. Well hot wings we got and they didn’t put in the ketchup I requested which meant my kids didn’t want to eat their food. Not too difficult of a request but a huge deal to picky eaters and a downer for a night away from home.

Waited 40 minutes for our food and was lied too that they sent it out. Had to go in to fet our food and they main cook acted like he had no clue what to do just walking back and forth. Idk if blue or green hair girl is the manager but she quickly started throwing people under the bus. While I was waiting I watched the boy toasting the buns whiped his gloves hands on his pants. This Zaxby’s made valley station dixie highway fast food look good (they are known for really bad service). Now running 20 minutes late for work.

I usually like Zaxby’s but not happy with this one. I got my food at the drive-thru, opened the box with my chicken sandwich. It was all apart from the bun and was cold. Fries were cold also. I went and and showed them the sandwich. They reluctantly made me another one which was together, but also cold.

I ordered the boneless wings meal with my wings tossed in wimpy sauce. Not much sauce on wings at all. I take it they ran out of the wings so they gave me 2 strips in replacement. Food wasn’t very hot. Overall not the best that I’ve eaten from them.

They often give fried instead of grilled chicken even if you ask for grilled. As someone who prefers grilled over fried I find this very disappointing. Why offer the grilled option if your going to give fried anyway? It’s chicken and it still tastes good but the mistake happens consistently so…
