The Lincoln car lover
Ordered here today 4/9/23 to the first 2 pizzas I received looked like it was dropped on the floor by the delivery driver. The driver looked like an 65yr old pot head with an attitude towards me. After I called the manager at the store, her remade the pizza & promises to send a different driver….guess what I get the same driver with a worse attitude than before & smelling like pot. The pizzas are extremely salty, greasy, no flavor, & soggy. I did call back to be hung up on.

If I could leave a 0 I would. Terrible customer service. The website clearly states the Hawaiian pizza is made with Barbecue sauce, and the pizza came with regular pizza sauce. OH and don’t select the “full pound” wings selection. You get 12 wings. That’s definitely not right. And when you call back to get your money back, & or get your order re-delivered they will hang up on you. Very unprofessional. Don’t go to this location, not worth your money whatsoever. Such a let down. Spent $60 and was offered a $5 credit for something they messed up. Ridiculous.

Ordered pizza last night, was told 30 minute wait. Fine, not bad for a Friday night. I went to Rosati’s Indian Trail location on time, was charged and was told pizza was not yet ready. Multiple Grub hub drivers later and 45 minutes of my time- I asked for my money back- now they had my pizza. Now I found a hair in the pizza- cooked in. Yuk. The location looks like the pizza they make. Good luck with your Grub Hub sales.

I’ll be honest, I’ve had some bad pizza from other Rosati’s before so I was on the fence about ordering from here. I had just moved into the neighborhood and we were hungry. Really hungry. So I gave it the good ole college try, minus the beer and munchies.

This place is terrible. The pizza shifted because the driver stopped too fast. Pizza’s were replaced, but they were awful, too. Greasy, salty, and no flavor. My chopped salad’s chicken was dry, hard, and inedible. Received the wrong dressing. Stay away.

Weird notice my old review was not here anymore. Again, stopped coming here last year due to almost every order being wrong when we order. No apologies, just usually a credit for the cheapest items. Would order cheese fries, and never get the cheese, here’s .80 cent credit, for example. Also, depends on whom you got when you went for pickup, you’d be service great and with a smile, or poor and with and attitude. Food is not as good as when we first started coming here years ago either.

Drowned in spicy meat sauce not regular marinara. I wanted a simple chicken and penne with some sauce. It didn’t need to be drowned in it and then the sauce made too spicy to eat without heartburn. There goes my day to the trash what a waste
