Very nice pop up mexican place. I tried the chicken Chipotle tostadas and they were so good. I had some carne asada tacos from chukis ( 2 steps away) and the chicken tostada from this place and it made the perfect combo.

Lita Rosita has the best tamales in Seattle hands down! The stand is owned by the sweetest woman who makes everything by hand. It’s a convenient spot right in the plaza and you can pay by card or cash. I can’t recommend it enough! I’ve eaten a lot of tamales in my life and can honestly say hers are the real deal!
