Quite possibly the worst chicken sammy of all time. Nearly $15 for a tiny stale bun that still was far larger than the dry chicken breast.

The Jalapeños were the real star of this show. The self servicing kiosk was fast and our order came out fast. Very yummy!

Self serving kiosk, it went fairly quick. The place ran out of Hoss sauce, which I’m not too sure how that happens at noon. Asked for Ranch instead but didn’t get it, not a great location and wasn’t prepared. Would like to try the actual Flyrite location as the airport location probably does not do it justice.

The food is ridiculously overpriced and not worth $42 for two sandwiches and two drinks. The staff has zero sense of urgency and literally stood around for 10 minutes before making our food. In an airport those minutes are valuable. Then once I rushed to my gate I discovered that even though they had plenty of extra time they still didnt get the order correct. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else.

This sandwich and tots came to around $11, so price-wise, this was the best deal in the airport for hot food. One of many problems is that they didn’t add my bbq sauce I ordered on the sandwich and the chicken seemed like it was fried yesterday and kept in the fridge all night to be heated up just now. It wasn’t leathery, but it was really dry on the outside, and not juicy on the inside like it should be, in my opinion. The tomato and lettuce seemed fresh, at least. The bun was meh. The tater tots also tasted like they were fried hours ago, like maybe this morning, and in a tiny bag that was crumpled up on the top to keep them together.

Probably the best price-wise restaurant you can get at the airport, $7 for a sandwich and $3 for tots. Service is quick as well. However, food not tasty (and they always forget to put the sauce on, like others have mentioned). Food is barely warm and doesn’t taste good.

I spent $37 for two cold burgers and tots. I figure because it was a $15 burger it would be of good quality, but it wasnt. Eveything about my burger was dry and cold and unseasoned. The most flavor I got was from the pickles and jalapeños. I gave them another chance instead of getting a refund…I should have got the refund.

No stars if I could, unfortunately google requires one. Welcome to to read further, however easy summary AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! First off the lady running counter says, we don’t take orders or questions, just go over to the kiosk? Really, I’m a tech developer and love access but had a question and the kiosk doesn’t provide Q&A. Strike one. Ordered a cowboy and a lemonade. The lemonade was handed over in a prefilled cup with zero ice, ask if i could have some ice added and the lady says “it’s already cold”…. Keep in mind there’s 25+ glasses sitting out on the counter that have been pre-poured and the lemonade machine has been cleaned out. Keep in mind it’s just after 4pm in the afternoon local time on a busy Wednesday. After asking for a glass of ice instead, she reluctantly dumped some into a glass and nearly throws it across the counter. Strike two. In blazing speed the sandwich is made and I take it to sit down, open it (per attached picture)Took one bite of the first sandwich and it was cold, clearly WAY WAY over cooked , and had been setting in a “warmer drawer” for who knows how long to the point where it was terrible and tasteless. I returned to the counter and see if I can get a replacement having only barely trying one bite and notating that it was cold. The gentleman pulls another one from the warmer which looks just as bad put it on a sandwich I sit down and the same result. I returned the sandwich and notated that it look like they’re frying machines have been off for a while today and they said yes we just now “pre-cook big batches” and then we serve out of the warmers??? , really???? When I asked why would you not make some more fresh regularly, she says we are a third-party. She goes on to clarify they are not part of the brand, and that’s just how they do it. Attention Third Party, if you see this, your investment is going down the drain. You have a captive audience at the airport, why would you not have food that brings a line like some of the other locations? I for one will never plan to return, and I am a frequent traveler in and out of the Austin airport. What a terrible waste of a location. STRIKE THREE! At least she was kind enough to return my money (along with several other customers who observed this during their ordering and after checking their sandwiches).

How long does the chicken sit out there Flyrite? Is it possible to get fresh sandwiches at this location? I would like to know if this is a healthier option than the rest. We tried to order today but the person at the register suggested we not.
