The order was placed electronically for pick up at 1245. It was not ready till 1330. The staff seemed confused by what a combo consisted of. I had heard good things from others but will not be recommending it myself unless the owner gets ahold of this business. The fries were undercooked and there was no love in the burger. I gave it two instead of one star because the establishment was being held together by kids.

Ordered two singles with cheese and seasoned fries. The fries came with absolutely no seasoning in them. The burgers were ordered with grilled onions and to be on Texas toast, was served raw onions and they were on normal buns. The burger patties were almost BLACK but somehow the burgers were cold and hard. ZERO stars.

“Seasoned” fries were not seasoned and slightly stank. Ordered my two burgers on a brioche bun they came on Texas toast, “grilled” sweet onions were not grilled. There was no ketchup or BDB sauce on my burger. The meat was dry and overcooked everything was disgusting. Im sure there are some kitchen nightmares level of hygenic issues in the kitchen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

The burgers are delicious, juicy and flavorful. The ordering process is a little weird. It’s actually inside the Dicky’s but you can’t order at the counter, you must order and pay online. You can eat it on site at their tables though. I’m sure once they get the kinks worked out, it will be a pleasurable experience.
