Tonight was the last straw. Waldorf location was offline so we had to go to this location. Fries were cold, sodas had no carbonation, and staff sat on phones texting while one older gentleman fixed orders. Young guy was too bothered by nothing to assist a room full of customers as he silently called names for orders. Geesh just say you want us not to patronize the place. That’ll be much politer.

Writing this review as I currently wait over 10 mins for boneless wings. this Wingstop location has by far some of the worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. I was basically forced to order online once I arrived to the store and they told me they couldn’t take my order even though I needed to pay with cash (which isn’t an option on the website). I have had a horrible experience at this location over 3 times but sadly it is the closest location to my house. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the ranch.

The incompetent staff gave our order to the wrong person THEN the manager had audacity to act as if we were trying to scam for chicken. I know that times are tough, but you definitely don’t treat customers that way. This location has a bad reputation, but hey I wanted to support my community. Apparently that was foolish. A visit to this store by corporate via secret shopper is needed. New management as well.

Went In at 2/13/23 to place an order at 6:50pm. After being ignored for 15 minutes the a tall kid asked if I was placing a order or picking up, I said placing he said in a very rude manor they were not accepting orders and walked away, I said even online he ignored me. I’ve ordered here many times and never had issues, but today the floor was disgusting the way the kid was handling the food was not ok, and his customer service was very poor!! The manager needs to manage the restaurant better!!

Being a essential worker I’m happy that there are a few places that are open late in Clinton when I get off of work . i would give it 5 stars however, when you just paid over $20 to order food at 11:27pm and the associates are yelling “ they ain’t never leaving” it kinda makes me wanna go to wawa or royal farms instead and save $15 .

This was our closest option for wings prior to the Georgia game starting tonight. We placed our order online around 5:00 to pick up at 7:15. We didn’t pay any attention to the reviews until after we got to the parking lot and saw how packed it was. We became a bit hesitant about the state of the food we were about to receive. Given how busy they were, I was very pleasantly surprised to have delicious wings, hot voodoo fries and the ranch was so good! The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is because one order of fries was missing. Don’t let the reviews scare you off from getting food here!
