Best brisket sandwich I ever had and the sides were good too. Price was very nice, my wife and I got 2 brisket plates for $25 and drinks for a total less than $30 for both of us to eat an excellent dinner.

Love this place. We drive 20 minutes to eat here often. It’s one of our favorite secret spots. BBQ good and prices make it worth the drive. Staff very friendly, occasionally over tasked. If your anywhere close. give this place a try. And very good Brisket.

Hands down best place in southern illinois for ribs!! I’ve been to many places for ribs and I’m not bashing any place on this post but Mike is the best in the business and consistent. Everything from a barbecue basket to ribs to anything they send out of the kitchen is top knotch. Drinks are awesome, atmosphere is prime! I highly recommend stopping in wherever you are coming from, you will not be disappointed at all.

Someone just told us about this place so we checked it out Sunday. Arrived about 3:00 pm, middle of the day, my husband and I were the only ones there. The baby back ribs were fantastic! Plenty of meat on the bones, tender and great taste. Seasoned potatoes were real potatoes and so good. Baked beans were sweet, how I like them, delicious. I was happy they did not have meat in them. Would definitely go back!

I got the meat platter. The brisket and ribs were awesome but my pulled pork and my supposedly smoked chicken was reheated leftovers. Everyone else in the family seemed to enjoy there meals. The seasoned potatoes were awesome. This would have been a 5 star review had the chicken and pork been just as good as the rest instead of reheated leftovers.
