Drove 7 hours with friends and stopped to get gas and said oh A & W sounds really good. I ordered the mini corn dogs and a root beer float. He looks over and said we don’t have any root beer. We are all hungry and it’s a & w with no root beer??? Sorry to say we walked right out whether the corn dogs were started or not and went to mc donalds across the st.

The food is delicious! The employees are great, the management needs to update the sign prices and what comes in meals. ie. The drive thru prices are $1-3 less than what they actually charge. Specifically the chicken strip meals. The kids meals apparently don’t come with fries, only applesauce- which they don’t mention. I think the prices are higher than any other chain, but the food is good so… it is what it is.

Had to try their food I haven’t seen an A & W in years. Unimpressed food nothing special, sloppy, not hot, not fresh. Had original bacon cheeseburger, fries, and curds. Would not go again.

Too bad there aren’t negative stars to give. Cleanliness, service and food were well below what you’d expect from even the lowest of restaurants. I’m guessing dept. of food safety hasn’t been through here in a while. Avoid this place at all cost.

Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and received just a double cheeseburger with rusty lettuce and soggy buns and looked more like a salad with 2 patties and cheese. Witnessed a family ordering a kids meal and they were denied the fries for their children when the menu clearly reads fries come with the meal. Atmosphere is really lacking and it shows on all of the employees faces.

Guy at the counter took way too long to take my order. Rings up a soda instead of root beer float. No problem, I offer second chances and will get a drink and a float. Rings it up again as a drink. Lady steps in and ask the guy what I ordered. He says root beer float. She ask for my receipt and goes to the register to charge me more after I’ve been standing there for 15min. My lucky day though, there was a deal and the drink was the price of a float. Spilled a good chunk of the float on the floor and hands it over. Poor training on managements end.

We had horrible service! Went through the drive thru waited WAY too long! (20mins) food was cold and they never brought us our drinks we had to go in and ask for them….then she just handed us the cups! Very rude awful service!

The staff was rude and slow. It took 30 minutes to get 2 bacon cheeseburgers and 2 cheese curds. When we got the food the burgers and toppings were all upside down and cold. I then asked for a receipt and was told they already threw it away and couldn’t print another. Will never go there again and wouldn’t recommend stopping.
