Great customer service from the staff. This was my first time dining at Enchiladas Ole. The chips, salsa, queso, and frozen margarita was top notch and delicious. The establishment is inviting and the colors are vibrant. I think the enchiladas are decent, but nothing to rave about.

Bring your appetite if you are hungry for enchiladas! Wide variety of meats and sauces! Secret tip is to ask for a sampling of the different sauces! I hade the brisket enchiladas with hatch green chili sauce and it was so good! Not to hot and had a great flavor! Quesadilla was huge and so delicious !

If you have love good food that will fill ya up good spot here. I got the brisket burrito 3:13 and man I made it half way and tap out my wife got the enchiladas and loved it and my daughter loved the tacos and chips and salsa would have took a pic but she started eating will be going back and if you go hopefully you get Israel he was amazing and great at making sure we were good

Decent Tex Mex. Chill vibe atmosphere. Prices are decent. Service was excellent. Food was good. Most of the menu is obviously enchiladas. But they have some appetizers like nachos and queso etc. Queso was good. I’d say a decent 7/10 as far as queso goes. I loved my enchiladas. I personally did not like the Mole sauce. It wasn’t bad or made bad, in fact all of them were well made, and full of flavor and meat and delicious. But I’ve had Mole a dozen different ways and this was made with peanuts and had sesame seeds on top. It ended up tasting more sweet than I liked and I think the sesame seeds were unnecessary. The Verde with the chicken was fantastic. And the brisket with the other sauce was great. The Mexican rice was really really good… most places skimp on that but it was flavorful and not dry at all. Refried beans were good and charro beans were ok. Good but nothing special. All in all everything was made well and it was worth a visit .

The most important thing is the food right and enchiladas ‘ole nailed it. I can’t make one enchilada as good as there and I was able to get 3 different filings and duces in one plate. I had chicken with sour cream, curry chicken with Mole, and brisket with anjo but it may have been a chile it was a few weeks back now. Regardless they were all delicious and filling. The chips and salsa were fine average at least. The rice was well seasoned I didn’t care for the beans. They were lack luster and flavorless but it didn’t matter because the enchiladas were that good. Would go again 100% worth the money. Service and environment were average but the good did get to the table hot and quick so that’s a plus. We had brisket queso as well very good and smokey. The brisket to me was good enough to be at any bbq restaurant around.

This place is awesome! The queso is exquisitely great with the brisket. The curry chicken with mole is delectable. The chicken with sour cream sauce is some of the best. I honestly could make a meal off just the beans and rice. Some of the most flavorful Mexican food. The service is great even though it’s usually just one server taking care of everyone they do a dang good job. Every time my friend asks to go to lunch we always head here.

This place is so good. I had been to the original location many times, but I was very happy to see the new location maintained all the original flavors. I had the hatch enchiladas with ground beef. It’s extremely good. I’ve tried all their enchiladas. They’re all great. The hatch enchiladas with ground beef is a one of a kind delight. Perfection.

Tried it today based on the numerous positive reviews. Loved it and will be back. Salsa was very good – starts a bit sweet and ends with some heat. Queso is also very good – if you like the white, American cheese style. We added some salsa to give it more heat. Brisket enchiladas with creamy hatch sauce and chicken mole enchiladas were solid. Frozen margaritas are good – strong and very tart. On the rocks margarita had an off taste – stick with frozen. Overall, very satisfied and will return.
