Friendly staffs and delicious food! The pho and bun bo hue were so flavorful. We really liked the banh khot little pancakes, so crispy and tasty. Not a big fan of the rolls. We will def come back and try other dishes!

Modern interior decor, nice vibe. Limited pricey menu offering but the taste of the foods was well worth it. Flavor of the foods were spot on authentic and delicious. Thank goodness it’s not a fusion type of Asian restaurant. Will definitely be back.

This is the second time my family visited this restaurant. It has a nice decor and good atmosphere. The food is big portion but at the same time quite expensive. For the past 2 years I observe an increase in price in all restaurants but at the same time inflation has come down a bit. What gives? The second we visited the service was not as great because it seems to be short staffed. I would recommend this place for authentic Vietnamese if you don’t mind paying almost $25 per person, food, drink and tips all included.

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Edison. We also love Baguette Delight but Lua is an actual restaurant with good dining experiences. Their presentations for food is so fun and practical. The quality of the ingredients they use is very high end and selected. The portion is huge. You can feel their staff and chiefs are all trying together to deliver the best experience of tasting Vietnamese food. I love meat balls in Pho with other meats, but usually most restaurants don’t let you have it all. But here they do. They even let you do Pho your way. Hell yeah! My husband loved their coffee as well. The only thing I would be careful is the pho broth was a little salty for me, but it’s personal preference and I will tell them less sodium next time. Strongly recommend A16, the platter. It feeds two. So worth the money!!!

My first time at Lua restaurant. The atmosphere was relaxing with beautiful decor. It definitely reminded me of Vietnam. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. He provided everything we asked for and more. The food was delicious. I enjoyed the bun cha Ha Noi the most. They made the bowl of cha just exactly how I remember it and the sauce was just right. Overall, they need to add more herbs to the dishes that has some salad. The only one they provided was lettuce and mint. Where is the cilantro, basil, ngo gái, tỉa tô? Not too salty or sweet. Che Lua was ok, nothing to rave about. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends and families. I will return again to taste their pho bo. Bun bo Huế and bánh canh were ok. Both not as original as they could be. Needed to use raw cha not cook cha to bun bo hue soup. For this reason I gave them a 4 stars for food.

Great Vietnamese food in a modern setting. It was a really nice ambience for Vietnamese food, the prices are slightly higher but it’s worth it.

We had the soup P1 & P6 it is really good! Very comforting since we came to look for something to eat while it’s raining outside to warm our tummy’s! We recommend the dessert D11 (Tofu Pudding wt brown sugar boba), it’s SOOOO GOOD!!! If you’re Filipino you’d know Taho and it’s a pretty similar dessert, it reminds me of that but MUCHHHH BETTER AND TASTIER! Oh and the ambiance is so pretty and relaxing! The servers are great!

Tried the A5 Wagyu Pho and it was pretty great and filling. You basically get the standard bowl of pho with all the other meats with a few slices of wagyu. The Com Lua was pretty decent too you get 2 pork chops but I did find the egg quiche to be a tad bit on the tiny side. The presentation is on point too. Pretty modern interior decor for a vietnamese place and is kind of decent for date night.

Perfect place for a date night! The restaurant is nicely decorated with friendly staff. Conveniently located in a new strip mall next to hmart. Parking can be an issue on the weekends so it might be easier to go on a weekday.
